Here is an exhaustive list of substances excluded from our formulations, guaranteeing highly tolerant products that are respectful of your skin and the environment.
OUR BLACK LIST (prohibited ingredients)
We exclude from our products:
- Preservatives and Questionable Chemical Compounds: Parabens, Phenoxyethanol, Phthalates, Triclosan, BHA, Tars, 1,4-Dioxane: Known for their potentially harmful effects on human health.
- Formaldehyde and its Liberators: Quaternium-15, DMDM Hydantoin, Imidazolidinyl urea, Diazolidinyl urea, Polyoxymethylene urea, Sodium hydroxymethylglycinate, 2-Bromo-2-Nitropropane-1,3-Diol, Glyoxal, Methenamine, 5-Bromo-5-nitro- 1,3-dioxane, Nitropropane-1, Formalin, Methanal, Methyl Aldehyde, Methylene oxide, Paraformaldehyde.
- Bisphenol A (BPS), Ethyl acrylate, Tetrahydrofurfuryl methacrylate, Trimethylolpropane trimethylacrylate.
- Heavy Metals and Volatile Components: Lead, Mercury (Thimerosal), Toluene, Acrylamide, Bromostyrene, Styrene and styrene oxide.
- Sensitive Aromatic Components: Nitrated musks, often used in perfumes, can cause allergic reactions and are under surveillance for their endocrine disrupting effects.
Our formulations are free of:
- Sulfates and Derivatives: Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Ammonium lauryl Sulfate to avoid skin irritation.
- Preservatives Irritants and Allergens: Benzalkonium chloride, MIT (Methylisothiazolinone), MCIT (Methylchloroisothiazolinone).
- Glycol Ethers and Alcohols: Butoxyethanol, 2-Methoxyethanol, Dipropylene Glycol to reduce the risk of irritation.
- Ethanolamines: MEA, TEA, DEA, Cocamide DEA, Cocamide MEA, and other derivatives.
- O-Phenylphenol & Salts, Aminomethyl Propanol, PEG, Potassium hydroxide, Polyaminopropyl Biguanide, Ethyl methacrylate, Butyl methacrylate, Hydroxypropyl methacrylate.
- Animal-Derived Ingredients: In harmony with our ethical values, no ingredients of animal origin are used, with the exception of beeswax: from hives.

Our products are formulated to minimize environmental impact by avoiding:
- Non-Biodegradable Compounds and Pollutants: Nylon, EDTA, Trisodium NTA, Cyclotetrasiloxane.
- Silicones and Microplastics: Excluded to protect the oceans against persistent, non-biodegradable pollution.
- Chemical UV Filters: Octinoxate, Octocrylene, Benzophenones (including Oxybenzone), Methyl methacrylate, Polyacrylamide, Sodium styrene/Acrylates/divinylbenzene copolymer.
- Mineral Oils: Petrolatum, Vaseline, Paraffin, various types of Isoparaffins, Hydrogenated polyisobutene, Synthetic waxes, Ceresin, Ozocerite.
